How to reset my password?

We tried accessing our account but it says the password is incorrect even though we haven't changed it so I cannot go back to our old layout.

Thanks for patiently waiting, we appreciate it. You can reset your password by following this guide on how to reset your password. Let me show you how to do that:

• In Login page, select forgot password.

• Enter the username or email address and click on Send Reset Instruction button.

• Once you receive the email, click on Reset Password button.

• Enter the preferred password.
