if i cant get this to work i shall instuct the web developer to remove jotform from our site. this is urgent and must be sorted soon.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue. Please can you please clear your browser's cache, logout and relogin to your account and try opening and saving your form again?. Please try using a different browser to confirm the problem fully.
If this does not work please provide us the ID or the name of the form so we can look into it?

Hi gori thanks for the swift responce.
The form is (Ask your Free Law Question ) I need the thankyou url to point to this page http://www.lawsolved.co.uk/responce.php after the user submits the form.
At the moment it is still pointing to the old host so when a client submits a form they just get an error page. please feel free to test the page at http://www.lawsolved.com/Law%20question%20form.html it may explain better than i can.

The reason for the delay for your change to become live was a replication lag from our US servers to our EU servers. The problem is now fixed. Thanks for your patience.
