Our service was inadvertantly cancelled by a guy in support yesterday morning. I have asked to deal with a supervisor three times since then and have been prevented by him all three times. I think he is trying to save face, but it is hurting our firm's reputation and business and sucking away my time. I hope he does not lose his job, but I need this matter resolved. How do I reach a supervisor?

I have already submitted your request to our supervisor: Jeanette and will respond on the issue. You can also email us on email@example.com and will have it flagged and adressed by her only.
As stated earlier we had no wrong intentions in handling your account and it was an error caused in good faith.
All your raised points will be addressed this i assure you.
