Received an error via email saying that the PDF I've tried to import failed

    I am trying to import a fillable PDF form to convert it to a JotForm. It tries to upload and then I get an email message saying the import failed. I'm not sure what's causing this problem but it happens every time. Is there another way to import existing PDF forms? Every single form I want to use is an existing PDF or Word document and I don't want to have to recreate all of them from scratch with different formatting.
