I am switching from Authorize.net as my payment gateway to Bluepay. How do I make that change in the form so the correct gateway is used?

Just delete your Authorize.net widget and replace it with Bluepay which can be found in the "Payments" form elements. Products will not be deleted when you delete and switch another payment processor.
