We have paid this morning the monthly upgrade to premium account but it did not work

    Kindly can you reply with the ref# of the invoice sent to your email after you made this payment. Lets also know the username of your account and registered email.

    The upgrade is almost instant, but since you've entered your email address instead of username on the purchase form, the upgrade didn't go through.

    I have now manually upgraded your account so it should be fine now. Kindly logout and log back in to see and increase of your limits.
