When we click on "Upgrade button" it's impossible to pay
When we click on "change Credit card" Button, is show the window to imput your new credit card number but it's impossible to enter numbers
The credit card we have on our profile is Ok, we don't need to change
But it doesn't work,
If you can upgrade for us, it could be the best solution

We are sorry for the inconvenience you have.
I have checked your account and your billing page in order to detect the problem. However, I couldn't see any issue with the changing credit card information as you can see the screenshot below:
Only alphabetic characters are not allowed to enter. You can enter numbers into the fields.
Moreover, I couldn't see any issue with the Upgrade button also. The upgrade window has opened successfully as you can see below:

Could you please open your billing page and then click Command(Ctrl) + Shift + R buttons in order to reload your billing page? Please try again and let us know if the issue still persists on your side.
