Why does my form require Captcha to be entered twice?

Asked by georgeb on August 29, 2012 at 05:59 PM

On my website http://www.viprecycling.com, I have noticed that when someone goes to the "Junk Recycling" section and submits a request, after the hit the submit button, instead of being re routed to the "thank you" page, they stay on the same page, and an additional security word box pops up for them to enter a another security word before they can move on.

Not sure how long this has been going on.  None of the other forms are doing it.

This is caused by a conflict with your site's scripts and that of the form. Can you please try replacing your current embed codes with the iFrame one?

Let us know if it helps or not. Thanks!

I recopied the embed code, and it is working clearly now.
