Hi - I'm trying to download pdfs and attachments for 23 form submissions. The system seems to randomly download and then not download the pdfs and zipped files.
Do I need to wait a few minutes between each download request?
I am using the same process to request each download (in the submission table, clicking on the 3 dots to the left of each entry in the table, then selecting either "Download PDF" or "Download all attachments").
Sometimes it initiates a download and sometimes it doesn't perform any action (but also doesn't return an error message).
I've tried this in both Firefox and Chrome and am having similar experiences.
Any guidance?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Our developers are aware of the issue and currently working on it. Multiple users are currently having problems with the connection of the PDF. I've added this thread to the affected accounts with the current technical difficulties. Rest assured, we'll circle back to this thread as soon as we receive an update from our Developers.

Thanks for getting back to us. Could you please send us a screen recording of what exactly happening when you try to download the PDF or the Attachments? You can use Loom to record your screen and share the public link with us.

Hey there, I have the same issue with downloading attachments. In my case the attachments are videos. It is a real hustle to download every single file straight out of the submissions table. Because of that I tested the "Download all" feature that sends you an e-mail with a download link. So far so good. After downloading the zip.-folders of different submission forms 2 out of 4 times the attachments were incomplete. Finding out which attachments were missing cost me quite some time. Just giving you feedback, maybe it´s a bug or something. Otherwise I really appreciate the features Jotform offers.

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. If you continue to encounter difficulties, attempt downloading all submissions to determine whether the issue is specific to downloading attachments or if it persists with downloading submissions as well. Additionally, I recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies, logging out of your account, then logging back in before attempting to download the attachments again.
Could you please give it another try and inform us of the outcome? If the issue persists, we will further investigate to identify the root cause.
