I've gotten two calls from our customers today that the form submissions are lagging and we've had to manually forward them. Are you aware of an issue on your end?

Thanks for reporting.
So far, we haven't had any reports of any lags from our server. The servers are operational and working.
May we know which form they are having issues so we can try submitting it here?
So far, my forms are submitting normally as expected.
Viewing the form submissions page also loads normally.
If they are still experiencing the problem, please let us know.
