Conditionally sent email notification is still being sent even if it didn't meet the criteria

Good morning - I have a form built where a user selects which site(s) they are visiting.  Based on selection - an email is automatically sent to that sites supervisor.  I have separate emails for each site - and a condition for each site selection.  The emails were made by duplication.

What I am seeing is when I test the form - I select 3 sites - I get emails for every condition.  As though the person selected all options.  Any ideas what I might have done?

I have checked your form to see how its setup. And found out that only some of the email notifications in your form are sent conditionally. These email notifications are marked with Conditionally sent email notification is still being sent even if it didnt meet the criteria Image 1 Screenshot 30

This means that those email notifications that are NOT marked with Conditionally sent email notification is still being sent even if it didnt meet the criteria Image 2 Screenshot 41 will always be sent whenever the form is submitted regardless of the selected site(s).

However, if there is an email notification associated with any condition that is being sent even if the rules in the condition are not met, please let us know and specify this email notification(s).
