Need help with the payment field

We are not sure what we did wrong in adding a payment. It has a red star next to it . It is a paypal  account and we put the correct email in it. what are we doing wrong? 

You mean the red asterisk after the field label? That indicates the field is required. You can't submit the form leaving the required field empty.

I checked your last edited form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/72406540779967 and I think you've configured the payment field properly.

Can you please clarify more about the issue you've encountered?
