I upgraded but the 'powered by jotform' is still there under the submit button - how do I remove this?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I can confirm that your account is now subscribed to the Bronze Monthly plan. And I can assume that the option to enable the Jotform Branding in your account settings is already disabled — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
I have checked your form and the Jotform Branding is not visible.
If this is not what you are seeing on your end, I suggest you try clearing your web browser's cache/data or try loading your form on a different browser.
