Can you provide us more details about this? What email address you are using that receives JotForm emails? The email senders that we use for the default email alerts are firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com. Are these ending up in your spam? Please mark them as "Not Spam" to train the email provider you have.
Also, may we know how you learned that myjotform.com is in https://spamrl.com? I checked that website and it states this at the bottom:
"Please do not contact us for delisting requests, or to request details about the block (only the recipient can request such details from their antispam provider)."
We need more details so that we can forward this to our developers. If you could provide a screenshot of the error or warning message stating the specific IP or domain is in the blacklist, please do share.
