How do I get the content of each form to automatically come across to ProsperWork?

We use propserworks and it is not picking up on the completed fields. We get an email when a form is filled in. The prosperworks should pick up the details automatically (it did this before on wordpress form).

How do I fix this?

Prosperworks say it is the form that is causing the problem.

Unfortunately, we do not have any direct integration with Prosperworks. I have created a feature request for our software developers in order to consider implementing it.
