Header image not showing

    Hello,

    The header image is not showing in our two active forms. I removed the image and put back in... no change. Shows the broken ICON in Safari, shows the ALT text in Firefox and Chrome.

     

    Help please!

    OK I cleared your form caches. And it looks like its working now.
