Put account on hold

    We only use your service in the early spring/summer.  Can we put our account on hold until we use it, so we don't have to pay the $19/month fee?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time.  As long as your forms remain under the Free account limits, the forms will remain active and continue to accept submissions.  Here is how to downgrade to a Free account:
