I find the How to Clone a form instructions.  I tried several days ago and couldn't do it.  I have a form saved on my desktop now and want to clone it.  I deleted the previous forms but everytime I click on clone an existing form - the drop down only shows an old form and doesn't allow me to choose the new one from my desk top.  How can I do this?  It is not on a web page although it also appears on the one below - saving it as my from from either location, as long as I can revise it - is fine!

    Hi,

Please lets know the form URL or IDF for this form saved in your desktop.

Please note that if this form is not created via online form builder (Jotform) then it may not be possible to import or clone this form.So You will have to create the form from scratch using Jotform special design tools. Although, we have a form gallery with a variety of forms from different categories where you can choose from.

    http://www.jotform.com/form-templates/

Once you identify any form in the gallery that is close to you needs, you can then clone it and modify it to look exactly the way your word form slooks like.

Check on this link to see how you can clone a form:

Please lets know if you need further assistance.

The form on this webpage -> http://freehealthassessment.weebly.com/  was not created on JotForm so you will not be able to import it into Jotform.

JotForm is also unable to import forms which are not on the internet, my guess is that the form on your desktop was not created in JotForm either.
