    How do I allow client to upload photo to form?

    1. In your form builder, select the form to which you want to add that capability.

    2. Drag this into your form:

     

    3. Click Extensions, and remove all of the extensions you see except those shown below:

     

    4. Save your changes if they haven't already been autosaved.

    That's it. (Of course, it's always wise to test your form to ensure everything's working as expected.)

    I followed the steps above and tested it out, and it still doesn't work for me. I recieve an email noting the submission was made, but when I click on the link, another tab automatically opens that is completely blank. Any ideas?
