I cant seem to login

    Hi there,

     

    I have a paid account with login info@firleandcountry.co.uk but i forgot the password. When i try to resend password it doesn't appear in my inbox. Please help!

    When I checked your email address info@firleandcountry.co.uk I could not find an account registered with it. 

    I made a research with firleandcountry which seems to be registered with firlevintage@gmail.com.

    If firleandcountry is your username please try to reset your password using firlevintage@gmail.com. If not, please send us any of your form ID or username.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the quick response.

     

    I have a bronze account with 10+ forms on it. It should be registered to info@firleandcountry.co.uk and name is Katrine Palsager could you make a search on that information? I also have an account under firlevintage@gmail.com but that is my free account which i do not use.

    When I made a search with info@firleandcountry.co.uk it directed me to your guest account. Based on your IP address I found two accounts the details of which can be seen below:

    It seems you have two accounts both of which are registered under firlevintage@gmail.com

    Please use firlevintage@gmail.com when you log in to access your bronze account as well.
