I am getting a Form over quota response. I don't understand why. My current plan is $5 a month.
I need to resolve this quick. I have been with you guys for 8 years and rely on these forms to work smoothly.

Can you please send us your email address/jotform username which is associated with your paid account?

I did check your account and found that you have exceeded the allowed Upload space usage. In free and storage plan, you can only receive up to 100 MB of uploads but you have already received 225.25 MB of uploads. That is the reason why your account is currently over quota.
There are two possible options to solve this problem:
#1. Upgrade your account to higher plan which gives you higher upload space. Please take a look at our pricing page for more information on available plans and its limits: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
#2. Delete some of your form's submission data which has file attachment. Please note that deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file as well and free up your upload space utilization.
For now, I have gone ahead and activated your account. Please ensure that you delete submission records from your form or upgrade your account again to avoid automatic downgrade of your account.
