Account problem

    I keep sending emails and filling out this form but I'm getting no help:

    The billing for this order was processed on 8/27:

    Your Order: JotForm Premium Monthly [INT120827-3822-77904]


    However, my account was just downgraded from premium to free.  Please put my account back to premium asap.

    Hi Eric;

    I have already responded ti your other post on this forum. You account is now on Premium account. I did manual upgrade.

    Lets know if you need further assistance on this issue.
