- MeadFarmJFAsked on September 18, 2017 at 03:20 PMa separate issue: I am finding in edit submission mode as ADMIN that the date signature agreed field is not displaying. the date signature agreed field is filled out in user edit mode when users are provided a link to edit their submission and they resubmit the form. when admin goes in to edit the submission and sign the completed document, the signature agreed field does not display even though it's been filled out.

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and tested with a sample submission. When I tried to edit the submission, it seems to be displaying all the signature fields without any issue in Edit mode. Since there are several signature fields on the form could you confirm which signature field is causing the issue on your JotForm. Also, if you can provide us with a test submissions on your JotForm so that we can try to edit the submission to see if we can replicate the issue at our end.

If I'm understanding your concerns correctly, you are trying to edit the submission via the submission page of the form, is that correct? — How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms
I have inspected your form and I see that the "Date Agree Signature" is hidden by default and will only show if the condition below that is in your form is met.
The "Date Agreed Signature" will not show if you are trying to edit the submission via the submission page which has this URL — https://www.jotform.com/submissions/72523778242157
