Why are my submissions showing empty?

    Hello,

    I integrated my form and google doc, but it does not show the previous results. I cannot see the results on the form either. I dowloaded it in an excel form, but it shows only 1 submission date, no more information.

    Please help me about that.

    I can see your account is under an EU zone, your data should be showing up when you log into your account. 

    May you please log in through this link https://eu.jotform.com/ and view your submissions? 

    If the issue persists, please try going to the data section of your account and un-check the "Europe Datacenter" option, check it again so your data is transferred again to our EU data centers.
