Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We've cancelled your subscription, so it will not automatically renew once it expires. Unfortunately, we don't have the option for a refund. We have 30-day Money-Back guarantee if the refund request is within 30 days from the payment date. Beyond that, refund is no longer an option.
