Remove Integration Button Missing

    Google Drive integration is not working and the Remove Integration button is missing.

    Hi PASNWPA,

    Thanks for using Jotform. You can hover over the integration, so it will show you the options. Let me show you how:

    • In the Integration, hover your mouse over your current integration.
    • Click the three-dot icon on the top right, then click on Delete Action.

    Ok, thank you, I deleted the action and recreated the integration. Under "Send submissions PDF to Google Drive," should the drop down menu read "New Document 1?"

    Hi PASNWPA,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, that's the default label of the PDF Template in the PDF Editor, but you can rename it if you want. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Form Builder page, click on the dropdown menu at the upper left.
    2. Select the PDF Editor.Remove Integration Button Missing Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. On the PDF Editor page, click on the 3 vertical dots on the right of the template tab, and click on the Rename option to change it. Remove Integration Button Missing Image 2 Screenshot 41
    4. If you want to rename the PDF document filename when you receive or download it, click on the Paint Roller icon at the upper right.
    5. On the PDF Settings, click on the pencil icon under the PDF File Name.
    6. Type the file name or if you want to fetch the title from the form, click on the Form Fields, and select the field. Refer to the image above.
