I’ve deleted my submissions, my trash and archived folder are empty. I’ve cleared the cache on jotform and on my devices, logged out and closed the browser, when I log back in it still says I’ve reached my upload limit. I’m not sure what else to do. Every time I’ve reached my upload limit I have to contact support to get it to go back down.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I recalculated your account Upload Limit, and can see that it now has 100MB of space available. You can also check your account Upload Limit on your Account Usage page.
