Uploaded images disappeared

Hello! The reason for my query is the following:

All images uploaded to the forms are gone. Also, I can not use the default themes that appear in the design tab.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We had an issue earlier which was reported to our developers immediately and they were able to fix the issue already.

Please check your form and let us know if the issue still persists on your end.
