I just received an email saying my account has already reached 10 SSL submissions for this month. But I am not using SSL on my form.

Asked by Gregmach on August 30, 2012 at 08:19 PM

Below is the ifame link I am using, can you let me know why it is using SSL. I dont want to use SSL, and we have only just set up the account and have no problems upgrading the account but we wanted to test how the forms works and that we are happy before we start paying. The other thing I have this form integrated with MailChimp I cant tell if this is directing to a SSL link. Could this effect things?

Its very important we dont miss out on any contacts.

I have checked the link provided and it's not using the SSL version of the form. However, it is possible that your other form are embedded using the SSL version, so please check. Anyway, I have reduced your SSL count to 5 so your forms should still work.

Integrating it with MailChip doesn't affect the SSL count.

Thanks for getting back to me, and reducing the count. The other form is not in use anywhere and it does not have SSL active on it either. I hope the SSL count dosnt go up again.

    @ Gregmach

I can see in your account that it is still at 5 SSL. The only means that the SSL would increase is ssl submissions. If you can make sure that you do not have an SSL form or some SSL website using the SSL, it should be safe to assume it will not increase.

Please inform us if you have any other issues.
