I have just upgraded my account but I am still receiving a message asking me to upgrade further.Can you help please ?

I checked your account with the user name PPetals which has a Storage account and it has become Overlimit due to reaching the maximum upload quota.
If you have any other account that you have upgraded recently, please give us your email address/jotform user name for that account.
