Sub-user account problem with accessing shared forms

    I've set a user account for colleagues and some can access and others can't. I've tried deleting their account and resubmitting, tried using same version browser. 

    No joy.


    Also,

    the list of submissions is not showing for some users. Is this to do with selecting US or European data ?

    Can you please tell us which users are not able to access?, were you also able to update their permissions on what form they can only access?
