I am trying to edit a submission and every time I edit the system creates a duplicate.
This has only started today and occurs when using 3 different browsers.

Hello, I cloned your form and tried to reproduce the same issue that you are facing. I found that the submissions are getting duplicate while they are trying to be edited. The same thing is happening from the submission panel.
I send this issue to our experts and it will be resolved soon.

Same problem here. As of this morning, we can't edit submissions properly anymore. Instead, every time we submit an edited submission, a new submission is created. Is this an expected or intended change?
This is a major problem for us. We take form submissions and then edit to indicate whether they are approved or rejected for some reason. If we can't actually edit the original submission, it becomes extremely hard to tell if we've actually responded to that submission or not.
I tried to post this in my own thread but could not post any questions.

I also could not post any questions via the support contact us page. There seems to be a major issue here.

Both the forum contact page and editing submission issue should be fixed. Edits will no longer create new submissions and the contact page will accept new posts.
Let us know if either is still not working correctly and we will be happy to have a look.
