Problem with editing the form

Hello there!

Got a problem. When we get a form (see attach1) and try to edit any,  edit for example responsible person (attach2), after saving (attach 3) there is a clone of this form (attach4), but before when we edit any form, there was only saving, but no one more form.

How can it be fixed? Any reccomendations?

PS Tryed to add several screens, but only one is avalable

This should now be fixed.  Editing submissions will now update the current submission instead of creating a new one.  Let us know if this is still not the case and we will be happy to have another look.
