How can I create a report using a filter

Dear Support,

I tried to add a filter on my report, but it doesn't seem to be working. Let's say I want to see how many students applied to specific school, or which student applied to what schools on the report, I would use a filter to do that, right? 

Is there a way I can create multiple pages in the report?

I think it's possible to create filters based on the question of your form "Please select the high schols you are applying for your".
