Submissions very slow to load - almost unusable

From clicking on submissions to having a page which can be viewed takes almost one and a half minutes.

It's the same time to reload after a submission is deleted etc.

This has been tested across multiple PC's, multiple browsers and internet connections. Primary connection is 5MB / 1 MB but is the same on fast LTE

When I checked my submissions with a lengthy list of submissions, I was not able to replicate the issue. I suspect that the cause of the problem is not about the submissions in itself but how your browser decrypts the data since you are using encrypted forms. The key installed on your browser starts decrypting the data so you get to be able to read the submissions. This, aside from the page load, takes sometime to process and may therefore be reaching half a minute at least.

Please let us know if you have questions.

    Thanks.

Hi, as mentioned it's happening across all browsers, even if there is only one submission in the queue and is taking a LOT longer than half a minute

It should not take too much of time to decrypt and view submissions. I would suggest you to please clone your existing form, disable encryption, submit form and then see if it takes similar time to view the submission data.

We will wait for your response.
