Invitation emails are not being sent when sub-user account is added.

    Hi hi,

    Having trouble creating new users. I don't receive the confirmation mail with the login info. Tried @gmail, @me and some personal mail adresses. Checked the spam and all other folders, but nothing is in it. What's the reason for that?

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your account and found that you have added two sub-users. Have you added both the sub-users today. I am also unable to find out any invitation emails in email logs of your account. I am reporting it to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    For now, you can ask your users to sign up for a free account using the same email address which you have added as sub-user and they should be able to access the shared form.
