I upgraded to bronze plan then non-profit application was approved. Can I receive the refund for the difference amount?

    Prior to my approval for nonprofit status I had to pay $19 a month to upgrade to Bronze membership to prevent any disruption to my service (I was almost maxed out with submissions under the free account.)  Can you tell me if I will be reimbursed for the $9.50 and if m ycredit card will be charged $9.50 a month going forward?  If you can't answer this question please provide me with a number so I can speak with someone directly.

    I have gone ahead and process the refund for the difference amount. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

    Yes, going forward you will only be charged $9.50 per month.
