New Account not showing up

    We tried to press on the link you sent as a conformation to our new account we just purchased and it tells us that its still a free account is there a way to manually switch now that we upgraded?

    HI, I have manually upgraded your account, it seems your JotForm account name was not on your order. 

    Please log out and log back in to see the change in status on your account.
