I am getting error messages that our Granite Resources order forms are past their quota. How do I fix this? We went in and added the monthly upgrade but that is not working. All of our 200+ locations use this form to send orders to us.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. After reviewing the details, I found that you must have upgraded the wrong account. Currently you upgraded the account/username JotFormGRC
But I think the account/username grcgranite was the FREE account that you wanted to upgrade.
Please confirm if this is the mistake. We can correct this by cancelling the payment and issue you the refund so that you can upgrade the correct account.

The person who set this up is no longer with our company.

I have now cancelled the latest payment and processed the refund for the username JotFormGRC
You can reset the password for the login of the username grcgranite
Use the 'Forgot Password' link in the log in page https://www.jotform.com/login
to get the reset password instruction via the email to firstname.lastname@example.org
