Why am I charged for yearly plan instead of monthly subscription?

    is there a month to month pricing plan, I just signed up for 19/month plan and it charged me for the full year

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. The yearly plan is selected by default in the pricing page which might have caused this. However, I have now switched the plan to monthly plan and refunded the balance amount. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement.
