I have a conditional email set up and it's not working properly.

    Hi there, i have the emails set to go out depending on a specific sales rep but it is not working. i believe everything is set up properly but still...nothing

    I checked your form and it does look to be sending emails according to your account email history.  We were experiencing some trouble earlier today with emails being delayed for up to an hour, but that issue is resolved and emails should be sending immediately once again.

    Let us know if they are still not sending correctly and we will take another look.
