I have been experiencing inconsistent e-mail from both autoresponder and notifications. I have cleared out the form data, cleared cache, and added whitelist for IPS, domains, and specific e-mails addresses based on an official thread/answer in the Q and A.Page URL:

Email traffic has been redirected to our new server. You will receive incoming emails normally by now.
However, emails that were already sent are in the processing queue and will be sent in 6 hours. Our team is also trying to speed up the process.
