    The fill in boxes move when I change the size of the screen. I would like someone to change the code so the way it looks on the desktop is the exact say as how it would look on  a desktop. If anyone helps I would be so grateful, thank you!

    Please inject the following CSS code to make your form responsive:

    @media screen and (max-width: 480px), screen and (max-device-width: 767px) and (orientation: portrait), screen and (max-device-width: 415px) and (orientation: landscape){

    .form-label-left, .form-label-right {

        width: 100% !important;

    }

    .form-label,.form-label-auto {

        float: left !important;

        text-align: left !important;

    }

    .qq-upload-button {

        width: 100% !important;

    }

    #id_11 {

        margin: auto !important;

        width: 100% !important;

    }

    .form-all,.header-logo {

        width: 100% !important;

    }

    .form-input {

        width: 100% !important;

    }
