Why are some of my forms missing the photos my guests upload

    This particular one had a lot of photos that were uploaded. However, none were recorded in the pdf and none made it into dropbox. 


    Is there a limit to the number of files that can be uploaded at a time?

    Hi and thanks for contacting us. I've tried your form with mine Dropbox account. I've submitted a sample data with three photos and it was uploaded succesfully to Dropbox. I now delete the integration. Please integrate your form with your Dropbox account again and let us know if the issue persist. Hope this helps. Alessandro

    It seems that you already exceeded the upload limit or space of your account which may caused the problem. As you can see here, free accounts has available space to 100MB. Maybe you will be confuse why you reach your JotForm space since you integrate your form to Dropbox. File needed to be saved on JotForm's server first before getting delivered to your Dropbox account, hence, it will take up space on your JotForm account. Indeed, 100MB is the limit for free accounts/user, but a good practice would be to delete submission with a huge files in order to to keep your storage meter down and this will allow you to account more files of your free JotForm account.
