Is there a way to send email notification based on number of submissions

For example send an email out after 20 submissions.

Though there is no built in feature but with a little workaround it is possible to achieve your requirement. Here are the steps you need to follow:

#1. Add "Submission Counter" widget in your form and hide it.

#2. Add "Form Calculation" widget in your form and hide it. Set it to display the value of submission counter widget.

#3. Add condition in your form to check the value of form calculation widget and sent submission email if the count is 20. Please check the screenshot below:
