Please be noted that JotForm is a subscription-based service and renews automatically based on the plan chosen. This agreement is required while upgrading the account as per our terms of usage. However, you can cancel and downgrade/upgrade your account anytime as per your requirement.
I have checked your account and see that it is renewed to Bronze Monthly subscription. It looks like that you have then changed the subscription to Yearly subscription. Please confirm if you want to downgrade your account to Free subscription plan so that we can proceed further.

Yes I would like to convert it to free account. They were mistakenly upgraded and upgraded. It was trying to cancel.
