    Not getting form submission

    Asked by bfrisan on September 01, 2012 at 08:54 PM

    I'm hear from a quite a few people that they have filled out my online form I have setup yet I am not receiving some of them.

    Are there any issues going on on your end that would explain this?

    When you say you were not receiving, do you mean that it is not on your submissions page, or you find it on your submissions page but there was no email notification corresponding to that submission?

    As of yet, we have not heard any issues that might be causing of not being able to receive form submissions from our end.

    If the person who says that he made a submission but it is not on your submissions list, one possible reason for this is that the browser being used by the user has the javascript disabled.

    What I can suggest is that you can add a Free Text (HTML) element on top of your form and then add a noscript code.  Here's how:

    1. Edit your form
    2. On the left panel tool bar, expand Power Tools and drag on the top of your form the Free Text (HTML) element

    3. Click the "T HTML" on top:

    4. Add this code:

    <noscript>
    You will need to enable the Javascript on your browser to be able to make a submission.
    Here are the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.enable-javascript.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" rel="nofollow" > instructions how to enable JavaScript in your web browser</a>.
    </noscript>

    5. Save your form

    You will need to enable the Javascript on your browser to be able to make a submission. Here are the instructions how to enable JavaScript in your web browser.
