How to setup conditional logic for a dropdown field?

    Hello,

My question is concerning the dropdown box option when creating a form. Is there a way to have a conditional logic so that when I click on an option, depending on what I choose, will pop up another box for me to comment or expand on the information.

For example, I choose an "other" option. Is there a way for another box to pop up for me to type in what the "other" is?

You may add all the fields required to the form in the order they should appear and then set up a condition to show the field based on the option selected.
