The only product option I see, which would have affect on the price is Quantity.
I need the ability to have a customized option (Let's say "premium user"), that once selected the price would change.
At the moment the only possibility to do say as far as I understand, is addin 2 products:
product 1 - price x
product 2 (same as 1) + "Premium user" - price y
What is the best way to do it?

Also, you can look at this guide in order to find out how to update the multiple payment template (Point of Sale) that is in our Form Templates Gallery

Thanks! This is exactly what I needed (http://form.jotform.co/form/22455427106853)
But although going through your detailed manual - I'm quite lost.
This is my form http://www.jotform.com/?formID=22392054779966 and I need a checkbox (like the basic/premium), which will lead to 2 different price list.
I must use my original form, since a link was already published offline.
Thanks a lot in advance!

What you need to do is to create 2 separate payment integration forms (price list) either with Paypal or Authorize.net. Or any other of your choice. Mines are
Then just make a preview of each of them and grab the form ID (the string of numbers like mines : 22455063272853 and 20946646631862 )
And for each Free Text(HTML) field , insert this code :
as indicated by the image of the guide
Just make sure you update both the Div id Tag in bold and the FORM ID in bold . Each div tag is assigned with a unique id value (100, 200, etc) You can use a different number as it is just an identifier for each one.

Something else, this part of the code (the URL of the form) should be grabbed from your own form's URL as it might vary, just keep the syntax "http://xxx.jotformxx.xxx/jsform/FormID"
Like for example

These 2 forms ids:
Should be implemented in the bottom of this form:
For some reason, html is not being saved, only headline.
Your assistance is being very appreciated! Thanks a lot!!

Ok, I'll clone your form and see if I can help =)
- jeanettebmzAnswered on September 02, 2012 at 03:21 PM
Due to language barriers that would be kind of cumbersome for me to figure this out (I would love to learn hebrew some day, though!) .
However, you would need to create the list of items for each membership type into 2 separated forms and eliminate the one that it is already on that form , so you just need to ad 2 HTML fields
Go ahead and create them and let me know their URL path (or formID) , so I will see if I continue from there into my clone

The 2 forms ID you've provided me , only show me a submit button, it should include the payment integration (product price list) and the submit button, just like my 2 examples. Then I should be able to integrate them into the main form where other data have to be input

With regard to Hebrew, you can count on me, just say when you r ready :))
With reagrd to forms implemntation:
Should be implemented into this one:

Which one is for premium and which one is for basic?
- jeanettebmzAnswered on September 02, 2012 at 05:34 PM
Hi, for some reason I was not able to paste both codes into the clone I made and transferred to your account. (the name is Clone Jeanettebmz)
So, please add 2 Free text HTML fields and paste these codes (1 for each one)
let me know if you are able to do it in order to continue with the customization

Thanks a lot for looking into it and spending time.
Unfortunatelly, there seem to be a bug, as after I press complete on the html editor, the code is being deleted and only the headline stays....
I tried to make a walkaround and do the multiple payment choise by collapsing form (1 collapse for each option), but only 1 payment toll can be added.
Could you look into the html issue? I created a blank form (though that the design might caused it), and again html wasn't saved properly.
Thanks a bunch!

When pasting codes on the Free Text module, do not use the Edit HTML button. Instead, click the black HTML toolbar after selecting the module, paste the codes into the text area provided, then click OK.
Hope this helps!

Same form, Different issue: I'm trying to have both payment options under 2 collapsed forms, for some reason, although finishing it with an hidden/Open collapse, it's still not showing the next options. I.e I have:
collaspe - close
collapse - open
is there any issu since there is html in between?
- JotForm SupportNeilVicenteAnswered on September 03, 2012 at 05:26 AM
Is this the form you're referring to? I inspected it and found no form codes on the first Free Text module hidden by the closed form collapse.
- sklaymanAnswered on September 03, 2012 at 05:35 AM
I'm talking about this form.
I was trying few alternatives, at the moment, one PO is embadded in this form, and the 2nd is being called via JS on the collapsed form.
for some reason the 2nd "Open" hidden collapse isnt working so the submit btn isnt shown.
Anyway, this was just a workaround. What I need to do (urgently..) is embadd these 2 PO, in this form.
(must be in this form since it's link had been published already.
Thanks a million!

Hmm, I see that you're trying to use script-based embed codes for the forms. Sadly, we do not allow any type of script codes (even our own) to be added to a form using the Free Text module.
You should instead use the iFrame embed method for your forms.
<div id="html_100"><P>STANDARD MEMBERSHIP <br /><iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotformpro.com/form/22455907038961" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:465px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
- sklaymanAnswered on September 03, 2012 at 06:20 AM
OK, That's a huge progress. (The previous supporter did advice to use JS)
Anyway, If I wish to have the 2 PO revealed by checkbox, like this one: http://form.jotform.co/form/22455427106853
instead of 2 collapsed form, what should be done?
- killerbAnswered on September 03, 2012 at 11:12 AM
Thanks very much for these answers! Been trying to figure this out for a long time!
I've got mine to work, except for one thing. When I edit the "Type of Membership" from Basic to Yes and Premium to No, the logic no longer works (the shopping carts don't appear). I'm guessing I have to change something under the hood to match my new variables?
- jeanettebmzAnswered on September 03, 2012 at 12:26 PM
Regarding to conditional logics . If I understood correctly, you would need to set them up this way:
IF type of membership IS EQUAL TO YES
IF type of membership IS EQUAL TO No
If you just made the changes in the form (changed the labels from Basic to yes, and Premium to No) , you would need to update the conditional logics as well to make them to work
