When you reach submission limits for a free account, your account and forms will be temporarily disabled. So users will not be able to submit any data at all.

We don't just disable it right away. We send you an email to you and you have until the next business day noon to upgrade your account. Your form will keep working until that time.
For example, if you go over your limits on a Saturday, your forms will keep working until Monday noon. Even though you might be way over 100 submissions or 100 MBs, they will work.
Our Premium version is actually very affordable at $9.95/month. So, we hope that you will choose to upgrade. :)
